He answers these questions by combining his psychological  and philosophical knowledge and the stories of characters known from pop culture, literature, Netflix series, and games .

The 2nd volume touches on more difficult topics, such as shame or jealousy, and focuses on issues related to building self-esteem, recognising and defending against manipulation, meeting others’ expectations at the expense of one’s authenticity, and practicing assertiveness.
