Babcocha – Grannywitch

Granny was a witch with a large nose, a short bob, and a bag full of magical liniments. However, she was not blown by the wind to Podunk village on a broom or umbrella, as is customary. She flew, gripping a massive hail cloud, across the seas, mountains, forests, and cities before landing on an old nut tree that was growing close to an abandoned cottage. Grannywitch examined the spot from above, decided that she liked and then pulled at the ends of the cloud-like reins and said, “Whoa, we are landing!” Babcocha can do anything, like travel back in time, transform acorns into golden ducats, and oneself into a fly. Bernadetta, a girl with braids, travels on the cloud, gets a chocolate rabbit, howls like a wolf, and finds someone she needs. Other Podunk village residents, such as the mayor, miller, and salesman, who used to spend their time talking and drinking raspberry juice for adults, are also transforming as a result of the presence of Babcocha and the Nut Bogie, which the Grannywitch had plucked from a nutshell.
