French Fries
When the new boy arrived at school, even Mrs. Genia was surpised. How could she not be? Has anyone ever heard of a child wearing a bowler hat, carrying a walking stick, and dressed in a jacket? As if that wasn’t surprising enough, he showed up riding a giant dog, had something that looked like a cat in his pocket, and went by the name Frenchy Fries. And that’s when the strange events began! Sausages squeezed out of toothpaste tubes, chalk wrote on the board by itself, soap bubbles replaced words, dogs and cats puffed smoke from their noses, and the usual chatterboxes suddenly fell silent. Quite an unusual boy, to say the least! Not only he is friends with dragons (he knows two hundred and sixteen of them), but he can also cast spells and help children—whether they’re sad, clumsy, shy, mischievous, or even overly clever.
